We couldn’t have said it better. These are the core reasons why we spend so much time crafting a company culture that goes beyond perks like snacks and the occasional social event. Our founder and CEO Marc Kuo notes that “when the pandemic hit and we suddenly found ourselves working remotely for the first time, the daily rituals that had bonded us together were gone instantly. This spurred us to hire our first HR leader, but we wanted more than just a head of hiring and payroll. That’s why we conscientiously hired our Head of People and Culture, to champion things like career growth, personal wellness, and diversity and inclusion. We’re really proud to see the fruits of that commitment in this certification.”
